Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used personal care products cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.
